Volunteer Responsibilities:  Answer multi-line phone calls, greet and direct visitors, perform various front desk duties, and provide clerical support as needed; bilingual Spanish preferred

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Volunteer Responsibilities:  Various office responsibilities including: filing, copying and database entry. Volunteers may be deployed to other areas of administration for back-office support.
Dates/Times: Flexible hours between Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 8 hours a week desired
Minimum age: 18
 

DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Volunteer Responsibilities:  Answer phones, provide referrals, set appointments, data entry, interact with clients.
Date/Times:  Flexible hours between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.  8 hours week desired.
Minimum age:  21.
Live scan and back ground investigation required.

BEHAVIOR HEALTH SERVICES

DATA ENTRY

Volunteer Responsibilities:  After brief training, volunteer will enter data into the AWARDS Data Base.
Dates / Times:  Flexible hours between 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday   Minimum 8 hours a week desired.
Minimum age:  21

Fingerprint/background check required for all volunteers over the age of 18.
