The Immigration and Legal Services program of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara was established 1976 to help assist and aid the increasing number of immigrants moving to the Santa Clara County area.

Our Services are available to low-income immigrants of all nationalities and backgrounds.

We are committed to the highest standards of professionalism. Our program is full accredited by the federal Board of Immigration Appeals in Washington, D.C.

Volunteer opportunities are available for attorneys, law students and persons with language translation skills. Please contact volunteer@catholiccharitiesscc.org. All Catholic Charities volunteers are required to complete a background check and TB testing.

Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services is the largest non-profit immigration law program in Santa Clara County. Our Mission is to provide quality immigration legal services to those in need and to advocate for social justice and immigrations’ rights.

Since 1976, we have served the needs of low-income immigrants and have set the standard for professional, efficient, low-cost immigration legal services. Each year, we assist more than 2,500 new clients.
