Right Directions Program (RDP)

The Right Directions Program (RDP) is available to residents of Santa Clara County, age 18 or over, who are interested in employment. Referrals for employment services are made by the Re-entry Resource Center (RRC) located at 151 W. Mission St., San Jose, CA 95110. For more information, contact us at 408-325-5285.

We provide group and individual vocational case management, employment preparation services, and job development and retention services.

Our staff has almost 60 years combined experience successfully placing hundreds of job seekers. We will assist you in your job search with:

• Case Management

• Job readiness

• Resume writing

• Interviewing skills

• Tattoo removal

• Job development

• Job retention

• Job coaching and follow-along support for 90 days after placement

• Linkage to other Catholic Charities services and programs
