Our Mission Rebuild program provides services to chronically homeless U.S. Veterans. Our services include: case management; mental health counseling; referral to housing services; and housing retention support.

Mission Rebuild serves:

 

• Veterans in Santa Clara County
• Veterans from all branches of the military
• Active Duty service-members, Reserves and the National Guard
• Veterans regardless of service connected ratings
  (Veterans of OIF and OEF are given priority)

Mission Rebuild also provides services to homeless family members of veterans.
