Day Break Home Care Services offers non-medical caregiving services to meet the home care needs of most families and situations. We tailor our care to meet your family’s unique needs through a Custom Care Plan.

Day Break Home Care’s individualized services include the following:

Homemaking Services
Includes assistance with tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, kitchen cleaning, and changing linens.

Overnight Assistance Services
This service is appropriate for disabled adults or seniors who need support and supervision during the nighttime, especially if any safety or security issues should arise.

Personal Care Services
Includes assistance with activities of daily living such as transferring, showering and bathing, personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and feeding.

Respite Care/Companionship Services
Includes friendly support, assistance, and supervision to promote disabled or older adults’ independence and safety within the home.

Day Break’s Home Care Services are designed to improve the quality of life for disabled adults or seniors and their family members by providing the most qualified and experienced caregivers for in-home care.
