There is no waiting list at this time.
Medi-Cal is accepted, or the Countys sliding fee scale is applied according to the individuals ability to pay.

Due to the confidential nature of the program, volunteers are not utilized in the program at this time. Clients are linked to community resources for volunteerism.
Q: Where do I go to receive Oasis services?
A: Since the Oasis staff understands that it is often difficult for older adults to get to appointments, most program services are provided in the clients home. The only services that are not offered in the home are counseling sessions and medication support services.
The office is located at 2625 Zanker Road in San Jose. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
