Summary of services:

• The Street Outreach Team works with Vietnamese and Latino youth in East San Jose who have run away, been kicked out by their families, or at risk of running away.

• The goal of the Street Outreach Project is to guide runaway Vietnamese and Latino youth, empowering them to find safe alternatives to life on the streets, to make healthy choices, and to build positive futures for themselves.

• Services include: intensive individual case management, individual and family supportive counseling, support groups, street outreach, and mentoring.

Who is eligible?

Any youth between the ages 13-18 years old.

Service sites and hours of operation:

Outreach is focused on Yerba Buena High School, Independence High School, Silver Creek High School, Andrew Hill & East San Jose.

Our primary office is located at 645 Wool Creek Drive in San Jose.
