Description and Services:

We provide Supportive Housing Services for residents of apartments owned and managed by Charities Housing Development Corporation to assist them to maintain a stable home.

Services include:

  • Onsite educational health and skills building workshops
  • Guiding clients to access benefits and services they need
  • Matching client needs with resources available, creating action plans with residents, and evaluating outcomes
  • Organizing community-building activities for residents

Eligibility and Requirements:  Low-income families and individuals or single parents with children residing in selected affordable housing developments properties.

Waiting List: None, residents access supportive services as needed
