ABOUT
The Mission Rebuild program provides services to chronically homeless U.S. Veterans with a Behavioral health disability.

- Behavioral health counseling
- Employment assistance
- Referral to housing services
- Housing retention support
ELIGIBILITY
Available to veterans living in Santa Clara County who have served at least 10 months.
