Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County (CCSCC) is seeking statements of qualifications plus price from suitably qualified vendors, i.e. firms and/or individuals, to enter into rate agreements to provide English-speaking in-home, center-based and/or out-of-home (in CCSCC approved locations) individual and/or small group tutoring services to up to fifty (50) youth being served by its Refugee Foster Care (RFC) Program beginning February 1, 2019.
Administrative Review (CCSCC-EDS082015-2)
CCSCC is seeking qualified vendors, i.e. firms and/or individuals, to enter into rate agreements to conduct administrative review services for up to eighty (80) youth being served by its Refugee Foster Care (RFC) Program. The administrative reviews will be conducted for foster youth, up to age 21, in the RFC Program in accordance with the California Department of Social Services, Manual of Policies and Procedures, Child Welfare Services [CDSS/MPP/CWS] Division 31, Sections 31-025 through 31-065. CCSCC anticipates the need for the requested services beginning February 1, 2019.
