Sabry Ramirez

• We work with young men and young women who are identified as gang members and are currently on gang probation.

• The goal of the team is to help youth choose positive alternatives to gang involvement and racial conflict. The team consists of bilingual, bicultural staff members who are knowledgeable about the gang lifestyle.

• Clinicians and case managers provide outreach, individual & family support, support groups, and gang intervention, mediation and crisis response.


Who is eligible?

Youth between the ages of 14 and 21 who are on gang probation. Referrals must come directly from Santa Clara County Juvenile Department Probation Officers.
