why connect with rlei?

Because a property in your neighborhood has become a longstanding nuisance or source of danger, or a dilapidated or abandoned property is affecting the quality of life of the residents adjacent or nearby. Because there is an irresponsible property owner or landlord who does not comply with their contractual obligations. Because there is a responsible landlord who needs assistance in dealing with tenants who continuously disturb the peace of the neighborhood.

when to connect with rlei?

When it is time to act because an irresponsible property owner or slum landlord does not want to take action to resolve the issues generated by their negligence.

what can rlei do for you?

RLEI can help your group to approach absentee landlords and convince them to commit to care about the neighborhood by improving the physical and social conditions at their properties. RLEI can help look at the issues generated by irresponsible property owners and can help build an action plan to provide support to find a long-term solution to the issues before legal action is taken.
